Changelog #4
June 2024

We are live!

After some months of private beta, it's time to release the library to the public.

You can now install it as a module using your favourite JavaScript package manager. I was lucky enough to secure the name wiggle (thanks to the previous owner 🙏).

You can just npm i wiggle or yarn add wiggle.

Can't wait to see what you all create with the library!

Changelog #3
March 2024

Hey again!

I have a new update on the Wiggle Bones project. Here's what's new:

  • WiggleSpring: an alternative class to WiggleBone, that uses a spring engine.
  • WiggleRig: an utility class that adds wiggle Bones and wiggle rigs to a whole skeleton using userData.
  • Video tutorials, source code and blender demo files for supporters that chose this reward.

Thanks again for your support. I cannot wait to see what you build with this library!

Any suggestions, comments or questions, feel free to contact me via email.

Changelog #2
March 2024

Here's a quick update with small fixes.

  • Fixed filename typo (WiggleRigHerlper.js → WiggleRigHelper.js).
  • Fix for potential bug when using complex rigs.
Changelog #1
Feb 2024

Hey supporters!

First at all, thanks for your patience. I had to finish some client work before I could tackle the Wiggle Bones project.

The project is still work in progress, but I wanted to give you a glimpse of what's to come.

In this release:

  • Alpha version of the public page.
  • Alpha version of the manual.
  • Alpha version of reference.
  • Alpha version of the library for download.

Please note that the API might (and will probably) change in the future, and that there might be some bugs.

Coming soon:

  • Examples and video tutorials (for supporters that chose this reward).
  • WiggleRig: a simplified api to use Wiggle directly with a skeleton.

Thanks again for your support! Cannot wait to see what you make with this library.

If you have any comment or question, feel free to send me an email.
